This petrified limb cast comes from a petrified wood collecting area across central western Wyoming. It has one polished end that shows brecciated concentric wood graining in varying shades of brown, black accents, and a section of translucent agate on one edge. The outer crust has very well-preserved bark texture with evidence of bore holes from worms and insects.
