This stone lamp is created from a solid hollow cylinder of banded Mexican Onyx (calcite), in mostly a light yellow with some thick gray and dark black bands towards the base. The top has a natural asymmetrical edge and the base has a small carved divot that allows the cord to come out and the lamp to sit flat.
