This polished Turkish Stick Agate specimen features translucent blue-grey agate with brown stick-like pseudomorphs, dark banding, and a section of foggy water banding in light grey and white.

Agates from Cubuk, Turkey often feature pseudomorphs formed from agate replacing anhydrite crystals. The original crystals formed the stick-like pattern, and over time chalcedony formed around, between, and inside the hollow areas of the anhydrite crystal.
