Sarape Jasper is named for the traditional sarape blanket of Mexico. Found near Chihuahua, Mexico, this jasper is a fairly new find. It primarily contains white, black, and shades of red in banded formations, and takes a high gloss polish.
Size range: Majority of full pieces are between 2 and 6 lbs, but larger rocks up to 10lbs are available. Suggested quantity of 3 or 4 pounds minimum to receive one rock.
