This Outback Jasper cabochon has a matte finish. It displays brecciated patterning in browns and tan amidst thin sections of clear crystal.

Outback Jasper comes from Western Australia. Its patterning is a result of healed brecciation, and it mixes brown and sandy shades against cool blue-gray or occasional pinks.
