These large Garnet crystals are from India. They are a rough, dark brown color with splashes of reddish pink and metallic mica inclusions possible. The chemical formula for garnet is Fe₃Al₂(SiO₄)₃. Though very hard, they can be cut or sliced to show more red inside.

Size range: from fist to softball size, the majority of the crystals fall between 2lb - 3lbs.
