This large specimen has a natural back with a polished face in classic Blue Mountain colors. It features muted blue-green egg formations surrounded by dark golden brown  and cream jasper with brecciated inclusions of matrix.

Blue Mountain Picture Jasper comes from southern Oregon in Malheur County. It is famous for its fine orbs or 'egg' patterning, and commonly has tans, gold, browns, olive, and blue coloring.
